Andreas Weigend, director of the Social Data Lab of Stanford University and former Chief Scientist at Amazon, speaks to us about  the three basic rules to implement social technologies in business. These rules are include the interaction with consumers, the management of the influence through knowledge of the environment and situation, meeting the influencing consumers around you, and encouraging all the social tools, and success management, i.e. how to seize the new challenges posed by this deployment, such as data management, etc.
