As Nir Elperin says, Israel claims to be the highest density of start-up companies outside Silicon Valley, and starting with that idea, he talks about Israel’s entrepreneurial and high-tech history. He defends the idea that serial entrepreneurs have a higher rate of success, but it is also important to finance people with just fresh ideas. In Elperin’s opinion, Governments can really make a difference to promote the privet sector in high-tech.
