'We are basically moving into a phase in the 21st Century where innovation is part of the arriving new knowledge and it would be essential for a country's progress. More importantly is that, in a country level, governments should be innovative and perhaps not much attention has been paid to that, but if you are willing to find what is important for a country, I would say first of all, goverments have to be innovative.'
