What Makes A Team Smarter? The Female Factor.
New research from Harvard professors Anita Woolley and Thomas Malone suggests that teams are smarter with more women. The research was published in this month’s Harvard Business Review (subscription required), and HBR.org is hosting an interview and podcast with the professors behind the research.

What a fantastic chance for all women who live or stay in Paris on a permanent or temporary basis! ZONTA Paris Etoile and it´s active members are most helpful, experienced and fantastic networkers. I have been member myself while I lived in Paris. I definitely do recommend ZONTA as a worlwide organisation and ZONTA Paris Etoile as one of it´s local clubs.
