The project seeks to develop those individuals interested in accelerating their professional careers by informing them of the trends that will define the future. It strives to open students' eyes and minds to innovation and motivate them to prepare and act upon the challenges that the current environment of changes presents.

Akademia aspires to create educational settings that encourage innovation through initiatives such as the "360º Innovation course", seminars run by FTF experts on most decisive global innovation topics; professional training and experience with companies considered to be the world’s most innovative economies. Its objective is to promote an entrepreneurial spirit and future development of innovative companies in Spain.
